End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using My Universe ("Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. By using this Application, you acknowledge and agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. If you do not agree to these terms, including our zero tolerance policy, do not use the Application.

2. Application Description

My Universe is a live streaming platform for iOS and Android devices that allows users to broadcast live content, interact with audiences, and build fan communities. The Application enables users to stream live video, engage in real-time chat, and develop follower relationships.

Important: My Universe is not compliant with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FERPA, or other specialized compliance requirements.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on your personal devices. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Create derivative works based on the Application
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Redistribute or resell access to the Application

4. User Accounts and Requirements

To use My Universe, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Ensure your device meets technical requirements
  • Have a stable internet connection for live streaming

5. User Contributions and Content

You may contribute content including live streams, messages, and interactions ("User Contributions"). By submitting User Contributions, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Own or have the necessary rights to the content
  • Will not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Will not post offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content
  • Will not include unauthorized advertising or spam
  • Will not violate any applicable laws
  • Will not promote violence or illegal activities

You grant us an unrestricted license to use, modify, and distribute your User Contributions in connection with the Application. We may edit, remove, or refuse to publish User Contributions at our discretion.

6. Technical Requirements and Updates

You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with the Application. We may release updates, modifications, or new versions, but we are not obligated to provide ongoing support or maintenance.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We may access and collect technical data about your device and usage patterns to improve the Application. This data collection is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses and Zero Tolerance Policy

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT: My Universe maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to use the Application to:

  • Post, transmit, or share any objectionable content including but not limited to: pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Engage in abusive behavior toward other users including harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or any form of intimidation
  • Create or distribute content that promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activities, or hate speech
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Collect personal information from other users without consent
  • Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities

ENFORCEMENT: We reserve the right to immediately remove any objectionable content and permanently ban users who violate this policy. Violations may also be reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the Application and ceasing its use. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from use of the Application
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • User-generated content or interactions
  • Loss of data or content
  • Unauthorized access to your account

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Application, your User Contributions, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the Application or our website.
